Gift Certificates are the perfect gift idea. Our certificates come in a variety of denominations and are easy to use. You can even redeem your Amos Pewter gift certificates online! How can I redeem my gift certificate?You can redeem your gift certificates both at our online storefront and at our retail store in Mahone Bay, Nova Scotia. If you wish to redeem your gift certificate online, our staff will provide you with a promotion code that you can enter during the checkout process to receive your credit. To redeem your gift certificate in our retail store, you simply need to present a printed copy of your gift certificate to our friendly staff when making your purchase. It's that easy! What shipping charges apply to gift certificates?Redeeming gift certificates online is simple - there is no shipping involved! Each gift certificate that we mail is sent in an envelope with a copy of our latest catalogue. For Gift Certificates mailed to addresses within Canada or the United States, there will be no charge for shipping. For Gift Certificates mailed to International destinations, a $2 shipping fee will apply. At this time, our online ordering system cannot automatically assess this fee. For now, Choose Air/Xpresspost, even though the fee that pops up will be greater than $2.00. Your automatic Order Confirmation will NOT show the correct postage. In the meantime, please be aware that your credit card will not be processed until we input your order in our sales system. We will make sure that the correct shipping rates are applied at this time. Do you offer gift-wrapping?Yes, expert gift-wrapping is available on most Amos Pewter purchases. Exceptions will be noted with individual product information. Gifts are wrapped in silver moiré paper and are finished with a ribbon. Your personalized message can be printed on a gift card and carefully tucked under the ribbon. Personalize your giftMake your gift a treasure that will truly mark milestones and memories. Many of our pewter products can be personalized with a hand inscription as a memento of that special day. Perfect for wedding favours, birthdays, anniversaries, graduation, Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, any day... Some of the products which can be hand inscribed include most of the Collector Ornaments and Key Rings, Inscribable Beach Treasures, Goblets, Beer Mugs and the Baby Cup. Prices and currencyPrices are stated in Canadian dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. When ordering from outside Canada, your credit card will be charged in your currency at the current exchange rate on the day your order is processed. Good news for US customers. Your dollar goes a long way. For example, if your order totals $CAD100.00 and the rate of exchange on the date of your purchase is 0.80, your credit card will be charged $USD80.00. What destinations do you ship to?We have been shipping worldwide for 30 years. Can I ship to more than one destination on the same order?If you are purchasing gifts for others, we would be happy to gift-wrap and send these gifts to your friends and family. All billing-related information will be sent to you. Currently, our online storefront only supports the ability to ship to one address, outside of your regular billing address. Notice regarding shipments to Canadian destinationsYou may notice at checkout, if you are shipping a parcel to a destination in Canada, that you have 3 choices: Expedited Surface, Air/Xpresspost, and Xpresspost. Both Air/Xpresspost, and Xpresspost cost the are the same rate and provide the same delivery time. They both appear at checkout due to the software's need to merge our Canadian and US shipping methods. We are working diligently to rectify this unnecessary confusion and expect to have it solved in the near future. How do you calculate shipping costs?

Every item made and sold by Amos Pewter is guaranteed. If at any time or for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, the item can be returned for an exchange or refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We regret that orders for items that have been personalized with an inscription or engraving cannot be cancelled or returned. To make a return, first please contact us at info@amospewter.com or 1-800-565-3369 or +1-902-624-9547. Enclose a copy of your invoice. Please ensure that the pewter is safely wrapped before packing it in a sturdy corrugated shipping box, preferably the original packaging. When returning goods within Canada, ship via Canada Post regular surface mail.
When returning goods from the United States or overseas, ship by regular surface mail. The exterior of the package must be clearly marked "Canadian Goods Returning" on the outside of the package. Amos Pewter is unable to refund taxes and duties.
Every pewter item is carefully inspected before shipping. Should you order arrive damaged, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-565-3369 or email info@amospewter.com. Please note: If the package or item appears in any way damaged upon arrival, we encourage you to sign for the item as damaged or refuse the shipment.
If you no longer wish to receive our catalogue please feel free to contact us and we will remove you from our catalogue mailing list. To unsubscribe from our email newsletter, simply select the unsubscribe link that is present at the bottom of every email message that we send and you will automatically be removed from our database.
