How do I Order From the Online Store?
Odering from our online store is simple. When you find a product you wish to purchase you select "Add to Shopping Bag". After doing this, you can continue browsing and adding items, or you can finalize your shopping experience by selecting "Checkout".
Once you're ready to checkout, you'll be asked to create an account or login with your existing account. Create your account by filling out the form provided. Now that you're a registered Amos Pewter Customer, you'll be provided with options for shipping. After selecting the shipment method you prefer, simply add your credit card information and you're done.
Why register?
As a part of our online shopping process, you will be asked to register with our online store the first time you make a purchase with us. Completing your registration takes just a few minutes, but will save you a lot of time in the future, as you will be able to access your online account when you return to our site in the future.

How can I search for a particular pewter product?
Our Pewter Search Engine makes finding the perfect pewter product for yourself or someone special quick and easy. You can search by name, sku, themes and gift-giving occasions.

What do I do if I am having difficulty with the website, such as not being able to add item to shopping cart? What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex.
Prices and Currency
Prices are stated in Canadian dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. When ordering from outside of Canada, your credit card will be charged in your currency at the current exchange rate once the order is processed. For example, if your order totals $CAD100.00 and the rate of exchange on the date of your purchase is 0.80, your credit card will be charged $USD80.00. This is an approximation and will vary with the exchange rate.

How is sales tax calculated?
Sales tax is automatically calculated during the checkout process in accordance with the tax laws applicable to the province/state and/or country of the “Ship To” address.

Ornaments Discounts
Buy 7 and get the 8th free!* is equivalent to a 12.5% discount. When you order 8 or more, you will receive a 12.5% discount on every ornament you purchase. You may choose any combination of designs, as long as you order 8 or more ornaments.

Gift Cards
Share the excitement of shopping at Amos Pewter. Gift cards are the perfect gift idea.
At this time, Gift Cards cannot be redeemed in our online storefront. You can however, redeem your gift card by calling to place your order at 1.800.565.3369. Simply mail us your Gift Card and we will then process your order and ship it to you! You may also redeem your Gift Card at our retail store in Mahone Bay, Nova Scotia. To redeem your gift card in our retail store, you simply need to present the Gift Card to our friendly staff when making your purchase. It's that easy!
