Returns & Exchanges
Every item made and sold by Amos Pewter is guaranteed. If at any time or for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, the item can be returned for an exchange or refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We regret that orders for items that have been personalized with an inscription or engraving cannot be cancelled or returned.
To make a return, first please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-800-565-3369. Enclose a copy of your invoice and please ensure that the pewter is safely wrapped before packing it in a sturdy corrugated shipping box, preferably the original packaging.
WITHIN CANADA - ship via Canada Post regular surface mail.
WITHIN UNITED STATES or OVERSEAS - ship by regular surface mail. The exterior of the package must be clearly marked "Canadian Goods Returning" on the outside of the package. Amos Pewter is unable to refund taxes and duties.
Every pewter item is carefully inspected before shipping. Should you order arrive damaged, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-565-3369 or email@example.com. Please note: If the package or item appears in any way damaged upon arrival, we encourage you to sign for the item as damaged or refuse the shipment.
